This implies that the silicate binder fuses with the mineral substrate, such as masonry, concrete, stucco, etc., creating a strong and very durable bond, achieving great resistance over time, this paint is distinguished by its ability to penetrate the surface of the substrate and at the same time achieves thermal insulation

ECOLOGICAL, THERMAL - ENERGY SAVING, it does not affect human health, since it contains natural raw materials, it is being used in GREENBUILDING (Sustainable Construction) and in ECO-ARCHITECTURE, the paint is free of VOC's, it is very breathable , it is used in both old and modern buildings, for interior or exterior, it allows the substrate to maintain its breathability, since the paint does not block the pores, providing thermal insulation, reducing AC or heating consumption

IDEAL FOR WALLS WITH CONDENSATION OR HUMIDITY, this coating is very breathable, has a high permeability to water vapor, which means that it allows moisture to escape from the substrate, it has a high PH (12) avoiding condensation problems and the development of microorganisms, etc, and avoiding damage to the structure

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, Apply to a support that is at least 4 weeks old. Protect adjacent surfaces to avoid splashes (product with high adhesion to porous supports). Apply with a brush, short-haired roller or air-less spray gun. In the case of supports with poor adhesion, remove the loose parts and previously apply TECPINT CONSOLIDANTE AL SILICATE. Stir with electric mixer or non-circular stick in original cube before applying for a few minutes.

Apply two coats, spreading the paint, without leaving thick layers, allowing a minimum of 12 hours to dry between coats. Do not apply on a hot wall or with direct sunlight. Do not apply in strong winds. Do not apply below 5ºC or in case from night frosts. Do not apply on damp walls. Use safety glasses.If it is going to be applied on unpainted PLASTER, apply a coat of TECPINT PRIMER or TECPINT FIRST GEL previously.APPLICATION ON PAINTS: Apply TECPINT CONSOLIDANTE AL SILICATE previously.
